Fix this

I used to really like this game, and i still do but you when it comes to drifting and i want to be able to use my whole rpm and not get blocked off when ik it can handle more for example you guys limit the rx7 at 8k. When i know it will perform a bit better with using the max redline at 10k

Back then when i drove these cars i was banging redline, even with the truck, but drifting is still fun in this game add more maps
